You might be getting a larger total audience on Facebook, but the engagement on Instagram is no joke – and Reels & vertical videos are currently a great way to increase both your reach & engagement. How to schedule Videos to Instagram
You can schedule both Facebook & Instagram videos to Instagram from the Meta’s Creator Studio
However, Reels are technically a different product on Instagram and currently you’re not able to schedule these. You can use a 3rd party scheduler, but you’ll need to download their app & you’ll get a notification at your scheduled time to download your video & upload it manually to Instagram. The only other option I’ve seen is to save your Reels as drafts and again to manually go post them at your desired time.
